This is a collection of behind-the-scenes/work-in-progress demos of the songs from my latest Sun Harmonic album "Coast to Coast"

These are the acoustic guitar and piano demos ranging from 2012 to 2018, featuring:

- The demo of Ocean recorded hours before the recording session (Vancouver Island)
- The demo of Grand Old Lady recorded July 2nd, the day before it's performance at Massey Hall
- A poem recited that's never been released, which was written on the same flight as Flying Over Saskatchewan (to stand in for Flying because there is no demo)
